We know for sure that spring is in the air because the temps are warming and the daffodils and red bud trees are blooming. For members of the University Woman’s Club, we also know it’s spring because it’s time for our Annual Meeting and Program.
Mark your calendars because March 17th is looking sunny and festive.
- At 10:30am, we’ll host our Annual Meeting.
- At 10:45am, we are hosting author Celeste Tillson.
Celeste will be sharing her process as a writer with her talk “From an Idea to a Book.” She will also be reading from her NC Coastal trilogy, The Mystery at Oak Island. Ms. Tillson visits areas where books for children are not always guaranteed and uses her mysteries to excite and invite children into the wonderful world of reading.
